Stockholm Environment Institute, SEI, is launching a call for tenders within the “Development of the Environmental Strategy and Action Plan of Bosnia and Herzegovina” project. The purpose of this call is to contract the service provider to perform the financial evaluation of measures. In accordance with the BiH ESAP 2030+ project document, once measures are identified in the Action Plans, they have to be valued financially in order to understand what is the financial implication (potential costs) of each measure proposed.

Invitation to tender published 28 April 2021
The last date for expression of interest to submit the tender (upon which SEI will forward BiH level, FBiH and RS draft Action Plans (in local language)) for Tenderers further information).

P.S., please note that tenderers are not required to express interest to be able to submit the tender on 23 May. This is only if the potential tenderers would like to receive additional information which could help understand the scope of the assignment better.
