If you register for an event or service on the website (e.g. to obtain e-mail updates) then we will collect personally identifiable information about you such as your name, organization, e-mail address, country of residence, and other information which you voluntarily submit.
This information is used to understand your use of the website. It may be shared with other companies within the group and with other third parties (e.g. Eventbrite for event invitations or attendance and other communication services).
We may also obtain information about your opinions if, for example, you send us feedback or ask questions.
We may also receive information about you from other sources (such as third parties or other companies) which we add to the information we already hold about you. This helps us improve and personalize our service to you.
We may use your personal data to answer your queries, provide you with relevant information, or send you surveys.
You consent to our transferring your information to countries or jurisdictions which do not provide the same legal level of data protection as your home country. What security measures are in place to protect your personal information?
We will take reasonable precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or unauthorized alteration of information you provide us with through the website.
Communications from us in connection with the website may be sent to you by email. Email is not a fully secure means of communication and we cannot guarantee our emails are free from viruses and other harmful effects.
