The SEA Process
A Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the proposed ESAP 2030+ will be undertaken to assure that the proposed environmental strategy and action plan integrate all relevant environmental, socio-economic and sustainability considerations at the early stage of their development.
The SEA report, which will be prepared at entity and district level, shall identify any potentially significant effects on the environment and socio-economics arising from ESAP 2030+ as well as to suggest alternative solutions and measures for mitigating the negative effects.
The SEA process is conducted in parallel with the development of BiH ESAP 2030+ and will be done in line with the SEA Directive.
